Sure, 11 years of operation might be an odd number (both literally and figuratively), but that’s still a long time for a multiplayer title to be running, so it’s a good reason for World of Warships to host an anniversary bash full of celebratory goodies for its players.

Between now and October 7th, players will be greeted by a new anniversary port and be handed a bundle of goodies for completing their first battle, which is packed with things like a celebratory enemy explosion effect, a ship paint, and containers. Players can further obtain tokens to earn additional goodies that include more containers, another unique enemy destruction effect, and the new Kurama Japanese super cruiser.

Speaking of ships, there’s also a new dockyard that lets players put together a Black Friday variant of the Marlborough B, while event passes and the early access for Pan-American destroyers both also have more ships to earn, though unsurprisingly most of those will be locked behind premieum tracks. The event also has three new PvE missions for low-tier ships, new seasons for ranked and clan battles, new brawls, and other balance tweaks and fixes. All of the details can be read here or you can watch a video synopsis below.
